Bring your broken items to the Fix-it Fair. The PNA Fixers will diagnose and repair your item for free (parts may be extra) while also helping reduce waste in Seattle. At the same time, you can bond with the rest of your local community and learn something new by watching the repair. Typical items include heaters, sewing machines, waffle irons, blenders, mixers, electric bikes, extension cords, lamps, audio gear, and more. There are hardware stores nearby if you need to fetch parts. There is also a professional knife sharpener on hand, and we expect to have sewists to mend and hem clothing. The PNA Fixers also meet regularly at Greenwood Hardware on the first Wednesday of every month, 3–6 pm.
