We will do our best to fix any broken item free of charge. Any replacement parts will need to be supplied and paid for by the owner.

Due to the success of this project, there may be a wait between dropping the item off and getting it looked at but we will do our best to at it as soon as possible. We may ask you to collect it at a later date.

Please note, we are unable to repair textiles/clothing or devices with screens such as tablets and TVs. Due to safety and insurance we also cannot accept microwaves or petrol garden equipment.
