Come on down to the Municipal building Stratford - access way through the hall of remembrance on Broadway.
If you have anything from a clock, woodwork, bike repairs, sewing repairs, or other general repairs please come down to talk to one of our friendly volunteers!
Our aim is to reduce the amount of rubbish going into landfill.
We are also in urgent need for repairers - if you have a handy skill and would like to volunteer a few hours of your time we would love to see you for a chat.
== Hosted by Stratford Repair Cafe ==
We started our repair cafe last year in 2022 and have hosted 4 so far with another booked in this year. We are a group of like minded volunteers who believe in the right to repair. We have an electrician, sewer, mechatronis technician, wood worker, bike repairer and general handyman, and cabinet maker.
So far we have repaired a Tiffany glass lamp, 1800s kerosene lamp, Kirby vacuum, antique 1900s cuckoo clock, stereos, dozens of bikes, an old ottoman, 1920s glass lamp, power tools, clothing, and drawers.
