Samsung Security Camera system (Brighton /Howell, MI)
Have replaced our old security camera system with a new one. Have ten cameras, lots of connecting cables to run between cameras and the control unit, and two control units. Hard drives have been removed from control units for other purposes, so a hard drive will need to be installed. The cameras had been mounted under the eaves, but can be placed in other locations.

Solid wood, pedals and lots of buttons. It's been in my family for years and has seen very little use. I believe there is a short in the power switch but I haven't had the ambition to fix it (I don't play). Other than that it's in really good shape! It's heavy, so bring a helper and a pickup truck.

Children's play structure, unknown age, comes with attached slide and an extension for swings. This was left by the property's previous owner. It is unknown if it's safe for immediate play and could require some fixing up. The main wooden fort section is 8' x 11' not counting the slide, the swing extension adds another 12' (20' combined length). If you want it, you must be able to remove and transport ALL of it yourself, including disassembly if required. We do not have the means to load nor deliver it. All personal safety risks are the responsibility of the receiving party.
