Colton Water Utilities and the University of California Master Gardeners are providing free shade trees for residents of Colton, CA (one tree per family, please). Trees need to be picked up on Saturday, March 7, 2026 between 10am – 11:30am at Veterans Park. Trees come in 5-gallon containers and are drought, heat, and pest-resistant. Master Gardeners will be onsite to provide planting and care tips to keep your tree healthy. Bring the family! TreePeople is offering a compost demonstration, as well. Reserve your tree using the link in the attached photos or scan the QR code in attached photo. Trees fit in the trunk of a sedan as well as in a truck, SUV, or van. Offered: XL twin with attached corded remote. Very sturdy welded metal frame. In great condition, but needs a good cleaning. Also offering a new plastic mattress cover and a used (washed already) waterproof bed pad. Optional: Waterproof mattress has a hole in the middle on the bottom side (we didn’t even realize it until we took the bed apart.) I would probably buy one or if it’s for medical reasons, doctors can get one for you through insurance sometimes. That’s how we got this one. If anybody wants it, they can have it. Hi baby.
