Free: Cooling Pillow (Near Chemainus Ferry) 4 pound (1.81 kg) cooling pillow, 27.6" (70.1 cm) long, 15.7" (39.87 cm) wide, that was too big for me but might be good for you! It is specifically this product, if you want to take a look at the place I got it from: (it's the side sleeper version) I either gotta donate it to someone or toss it by a certain date to get a refund, and I'd rather see someone get it than the dumpster! Please note, however, that per their refund policy, I've got a form I have to complete to show I've donated it. I will thus require whoever picks it up to provide on this form the following: name, address, email, and phone number! I can show the original email I got when I messaged them to get this return started, showing both the pdf form and the instructions to fill it out. Also need a photo of the pillow being set into your car, a seat shot should be fine. Assuming that's fine, please let me know, and I'll provide my number + address so you can come and get it! If it's not been sought out by around the 8th or so of September, I'mma have to dumpster it to get my refund. I hope it finds a better new home than there!

Free: Five wooden kitchen chairs (Cowichan Bay) Beautiful wooden chairs, but some of the supporting slats have or are likely to come out. When using the chairs without the cross beam, we haven’t had any unfortunate accidents, but these would probably be ideally suited to someone who could fix that sort of thing.

Request: Washer & Dryer (Shoreline/ Mountlake Terrace) Hi everyone!! 💕 I’m a single mom of three, and we are desperately in need of a washer and dryer! 🧺 We recently moved into a new place that has washer/dryer hookups, but I’m responsible for finding the machines. I’ve been seeing working sets offered for free pretty often, but unfortunately, I don’t have a vehicle large enough to transport them. 😩 I do have a friend who may be able to help me with transportation, but coordinating a time when he’s available can be difficult. Most of the free sets, understandably go to whoever can pick them up the quickest. I realize most people giving sets away are doing so because they also don’t have a way to transport them or simply don’t want to deal with the hassle. So, I wanted to put this out there just in case someone might be willing to work with me. ❤️ And with one adult and three kids in the house, our laundry pile is currently attempting to become its own zip code. 😂🧺 If you have a washer and dryer you’re looking to get rid of, know of someone who does, or know of any local resources, organizations, donation programs, or even someone who might be able to help with transportation, I would be incredibly grateful for any leads!! Thank you so much for taking the time to read this and for any help, advice, or direction you can offer. 🥹💕
