Horse manure/compost for your garden or allotment (Tebay CA10)

We use it for our own veg garden and we have already supplied several gardeners and allotmenteers, but I have two ponies now so the muckheap has been getting away from us!
Come and help yourself.
If we are not here when you call, then consult the photos to check the different ages of the sections of the heap.
"Fresh" material is in the mound at the right hand side. It still contains visible "horse apples". Take that ONLY if you want to build a "hot bed" or add it to your own compost heap/bin.
"Well rotted" stuff suitable to be dug into your veg plot for use this year, is dark, peat-like and all one consistency. It's in the centre/left section that has already been heavily dug out.
After all this rain you WILL NEED WELLINGTONS, or better still wait till the weather has dried up a bit.
