I've got a couple of folding futons with covers. They are dark brown - with optional table-top. They were originally from the Futon Company.1
They've been stored in a cupboard and have a bit of water staining from a leak, but are generally in good condition.
They are really comfortable - I've just run out of room.
They do have a fire label - I'm happy to send over a copy if you like.
