a smallish group of hand-dried (stemmed) thistles and another of hand-dried (stemmed) roses, suitable for creating interior decorations or little dried posies as gifts etc. could be supplemented with fresh greenery, ribbons etc to make lovely little gifts. The rose stalks are about 4 inches long and the thistles have longer stalks.
These could also be lovely as part of Christmas offerings (but as it's summer i won't mention that!)
Sadly my own plans for this have had to be put aside due to lack of leisure time.
