LARGE Household Plant - flowers at Xmas (Grotton OL4)

I have a very large, well-established (old) indoor plant - in need of some TLC.
I have had this for many years and now don't have the room for it. I have probably not cut it back enough in past years.
I think it is a Christmas Cactus. Around Christmas it a has pink flowers. The plant stands
25 inches (64cm) tall by 45 inches (115cm) at the widest span.
This may be useful for 'cutting back' to make multiple plants. I have done this in the past and cuttings seem to establish easily. Otherwise you would need a large space...perhaps an office, school or community environment.

I really don't want to throw this away as I try NOT to kill anything!!
