Washing machine (Carshalton)

Hoover 6kg load washing machine. Approx ten years old. Works, but doesn't always drain. Someone handy might be able to fix, or someone willing to persevere with it! Usually running the drain cycle again will sort it, but sometimes this needs to be done a few times and I'm fed up with it!
