Satchel document carrying case (Ruddington NG11)

I have a satchel or document carrying case that needs a new home. It measures approximately 37cm wide, 28com heigh, 6cm deep. There would have been rotating catches that fold the flap down but they have broken, I expect stick on velcro would probably be an easy alternative fix. To be collected from Ruddington.
