Matt emulsion paint (Dawlish)

I am looking for mostly blue coloured paint in and around Dawlish. I am trying to paint my daughters ceiling like the sky (don't ask!) pink/red would also be helpful. I need paint suitable for walls and ceilings in a matt finish. I am happy to take opened tins, half empty tins, tester pots etc
