Half Moon Parasol Base (Welwyn Garden City AL7)

Would anyone possibly have a half moon parasol base of reasonable condition they know longer need and would like it to go to a good home, I would like to give it that. We can collect but not to far a distance from Welwyn Garden City please. Many thanks.
