Hello Everyone I am in desperate need of a baby monitor as I am disabled and try to get my husbands attention desperately at night when we have both gone to bed, as I am sleeping downstairs and he is up, this is because I have MND and cannot move, so to get his attention would be great help. So if there is anyone out there that has no longer any use for theirs I would be so, so grateful. Thank you very much for your generosity. x

I have a bag of builders sand if anyone can make good use of it, left over from a job we had done of recent. There is more in the bag than it looks, so pretty heavy, you might want to separate it a bit cos of the weight. Collection only and your have to separate as I am unable to help I’m afraid.

Hoping this will be of use to someone and will aid someone with walking difficulties. This Gutter Frame has been so useful to me when I was having trouble walking, you can hold on to the handles and rest your elbow and forearm on the gutter part so you can wheel the front wheels along with ease, helps you to get from A to B. Collection only.

Recliner armchair, cosy, well used, could do with a sponge over it to give it a freshen up, end of arms are going threaded but no holes, please see photos, certainly will help someone for a cosy feet up, leisure time. Also see my other photo as have another chair not recliner. Smoke and pet free environment. Collection only, sorry I won’t be able to help with lifting them so maybe you will need two people to lift it.
