This is fully functioning (when last used about 8 months ago). It has two heating levels, to a maximum 3kW, with a dial to set required temperature, and a switchable fan to boost it around the room. It has an automatic cut-out if its airflow is restricted (in order to prevent it catching something on fire). It has two clips for hanging it on the wall (they're in the bag taped to the middle), and a "flying lead" with a 13A plug, correctly fused for 3kW.
We recently "down-sized" and no longer need this.
