Old garden hose (Poplar E14)

Looking for about 16 feet (5 metres) of old garden hose or similar plastic tube. This is to make covers for the feet of camp beds used in a night shelter, in order to protect the floor.

I had 20 feet of old plastic garden hose that had gone rigid, but after warming up a 3-inch piece I was able (with some effort) to push it into position, and it looks as if it will stay put just fine! Still need about 16 feet more to do all the beds.

Other suggestions for better ways to do it will also be welcome! 😃
