Warm cycling top (Dane Hills LE3)

Warm cycling top. It's padded so good for cold weather. As with many cycling tops, it has pockets at the back in which you can put your phone, wallet etc. I'm a medium build guy of medium height. I'm giving it because it's slightly too tight for me - it's approx 38 inches round. I've no idea why it says "Sowester safety harness" on it. It's not a safety harness, it's a padded cycling top.
