Part-used jar of German mustard (Bear Flat)

This is a jar of sweet mustard - apparently goes well with German foods, but we find it too sweet for our taste. NB it has been started; best by date is Sept 2021 but - it's mustard - doesn't go off, and looks and smells fine. Shame to waste it.
