i've been advised by my lovely RUH physio to get myself some light dumbells asap and start using them :-)
Enormous gratitude will come your way if you offer me a pair of 1/2 kg and a pair of 1kg dumbells or either of these sets. Anyone 'outgrown' these lighterweight starter weights and would like them to find a new enthusiast?
Can collect at a range of times, most easily if you are walking distance or a bus ride from Bath centre.
