Pressure Cooker (for use on a gas hob) (Berry Lane Estate WD3)

This is old, need not be used with the weights, the pan is large (8 inch, probably about 4.5 litres) and holds three separate containers, two perforated, so you can cook/steam three items separately in the same water, surely an economy. However, the base is not flat enough to use on an electric plate so it needs a gas hob. The pan can be used on its own, of course, without the separators or the weights; I think my husband last used it for jam making. Used with the weights, there is some leakage but it still shortens cooking time (I tested it with green lentils) by a considerable amount.
