Staghorn Sumac (Near the experimental farm)

Hello friends,

I pulled up this Staghorn Sumac from my backyard. It is not the poisonous kind and is in fact a native plant that produces an edible flower that is used to make a drink that tastes like lemonade.

Does anyone want it? If so, be warned, although native, it is an aggressive spreader.

5 more days til spring. But my garden didn't get the message. It thinks we are at the end of April. ;)
