This is a 33 year old Wendy House. It has lasted very well. It is a good structure. Roof is in very good condition as has been maintained. There are a few areas of wood in the house that has rotted but they are fixable with new wood. There is a cat flap as the Wendy house was used for rabbits and there was a run attached outside.
It may need a new floor. We won’t know until it has been dismantled. See photos for details.
Size is approximately 5 and a half feet tall, 6 feet wide and 6 feet long.
