Wendy House (AB22)

This is a 33 year old Wendy House. It has lasted very well. It is a good structure. Roof is in very good condition as has been maintained. There are a few areas of wood in the house that has rotted but they are fixable with new wood. There is a cat flap as the Wendy house was used for rabbits and there was a run attached outside. It may need a new floor. We won’t know until it has been dismantled. See photos for details. Size is approximately 5 and a half feet tall, 6 feet wide and 6 feet long. Pick up only. Ideally needs to go this weekend.

Rabbit hutches (AB22)

2 two storey rabbit hutches. The outdoor hutch is missing bottom doors as they were taken off to attach to the run. The indoor hutch will have a hole on the side because a hole was cut for the tunnel to go outside of the Wendy house. This meant the rabbits could go inside or outside as they chose. But it can be easily boarded up. Pick up only.
