Lightly used, about 3-inch-thick, queen-size foam mattress topper, similar to one in photo. Originally from IKEA. Fairly clean (2 small food stains). Use on a queen mattress to add cushioning and protect the surface, or use on its own as a guest mattress for last-minute sleepovers. Comes with fabric ties and cinching fabric bag to roll and store it upright in the back of a closet till needed.
