Laminate flooring (Woodhouse Eaves LE12)

Unopened pack of laminate flooring. Manufacturers label gives specifications and surface area it will cover. Also number of attachment rails - not sure what these are called. Have included photo of kitchen floor to give an idea of what it looks like. Unfortunately it was stored leaning against wall in garage and one end is damaged by damp. Probably need to cut 10% off.
