Free: Cot Bed. (Woodhouse Eaves LE12) 70 x 140 cm. In good condition as only used occasionally when grandchildren visited. Side can be removed so that it can be used as a bed for a toddler. Mattress in good condition if you want that as well.

Free: Vintage cabinet with glass doors (Woodhouse Eaves LE12) Gifted Height 125cm, width 70 cm, depth 36 cm. Glass doors and two small drawers. Legs a bit wobbly and one leg loose. Might make a good up-cycling project.

Free: IKEA highchair (Woodhouse Eaves LE12) Gifted Been in the garage for a couple of months so a bit dusty. Served two grandchildren well.

Free: IKEA bookcase (Woodhouse Eaves LE12) Expired 203 x 80 x 26 cm. Board backing became damaged and was therefore removed. Might be useful in garage or shed. Or could dismantle and use as shelving.

Free: IKEA bookcase (Woodhouse Eaves LE12) Expired 202 x 80 x 26cm. Good condition apart from some fading of the wood along the book line - this should be hidden by books put on it.

Free: Laminate flooring (Woodhouse Eaves LE12) Gifted Unopened pack of laminate flooring. Manufacturers label gives specifications and surface area it will cover. Also number of attachment rails - not sure what these are called. Have included photo of kitchen floor to give an idea of what it looks like. Unfortunately it was stored leaning against wall in garage and one end is damaged by damp. Probably need to cut 10% off.
