Outwell Montana 6 tent - leaks (IP1)

6 man tent, just about, with decent living space and three doors. It leaks as it needs reproofing and there's a small tear by a window, see photos. Not the greatest, but the poles are fine, the pegs are fine, it has a bedroom section and if anyone was prepared to have a go it could be useful, or make a garden room for kids to play in.
