This is very heavy duty, designed for a pull- out broom cupboard etc. You determine the height by the size of the cupboard and the size of the insert. For 600 deep unit, any width or height.

This was in our house but no longer required. Perfect working order, complete with 5 wire baskets and all fittings. Fits 500 wide tall unit, and is height adjustable. I have plenty of photos, too many to load, but I've put pics of existing 300 unit here so you can see what it is.

Perfect for summer parties! (And yes, I know it's not quite the season for it!) All poles etc are present, although one might be slightly damaged, but all the joints are with it. It has some white mesh side screens, I believe, and some walls, all of which roll up to make an open shelter. It all fits in a good, strong bag. We got it from here and put it up once, but have no further use for it now. It takes four people to lift it up and put the lower legs in, so no exactly a pop-up, but it feels sturdy and is a great space. Would fit a ten-seater dining set underneath happily, or use to shade a buffet or guests for a party or BBQ.

Both need a little attention under the seat to support the fabric, and the cushions are fraying along the front edge on the binding, but all fittings are there and they'd make a very useful pair of chairs with a little love and a few stitches. This is a very comfortable pocket sprung mattress with natural fibres in cover and padding, sadly watermarked quite badly after it was marked in storage and over-zealously cleaned! It is not urine, or tea, or dog wee etc, it doesn't smell and it's a fabulously comfy mattress. No longer needed as switched to a super-king.

6 man tent, just about, with decent living space and three doors. It leaks as it needs reproofing and there's a small tear by a window, see photos. Not the greatest, but the poles are fine, the pegs are fine, it has a bedroom section and if anyone was prepared to have a go it could be useful, or make a garden room for kids to play in. 3 long ones, and I think 15 short. Stainless steel, complete with fixings bolts. I believe they're standard size. Shown measured from end to end but you can work out the hole spacing from the tape. All in good clean condition, good to go. Came from Howdens, I think, but a good while ago.

Ideal for newborn baby. Perfect order, used for our 4 grandchildren, and now surplus to requirements. The liner which I made is very soft pure cotton jersey with a lovely farm animal print, and plain white outside. You will obviously want to wash this yourself before you put a baby in it! No mattress, there is a piece of foam in it under the liner to cushion it, but it will need a new mattress on top.

Oak effect units under granite effect worktop/breakfast bar in good condition. Rounded ends, 180 x 90 cm (6' x 3" approx) x 90 high. Separates into two parts halfway up for transport. Top is firmly fixed to upper units. Now surplus to requirements. It will need a large vehicle and two strong people to move it as the top section is quite heavy.
