Kale and purple sprouting broc (Appleby-in-Westmorland CA16)

For some inexplicable reason none of my seedlings have germinated this year. Does anyone have any spare lurking in a seed bed? Particularly after sprouting broc, the kale i can do without if needs be. Trying to cut down on travelling time. I've offered spare plants in the past so hoping someone has some somewhere. Thanks
