Another sewing challenge: this is a size 16 Per Una skirt with turquoise lining. Both skirt and lining are 100% polyester, washable at 30 deg. The skirt has panels with triangular inserts. The sort of skirt that can be twisted and worn crinkled. It was too big and I stored it in the loft but, when I got it down to give it to a charity shop, the elastic had perished. Probably in last year's heat. It was only worn a couple of times and seems a shame to bin it. Can anyone make use of it?
