from myprotein website, called poprolls in flavours golden caramel, chocolate caramel and salted caramel, at less than 100 calories per bar. I love these and regularly bulk buy them, to use as a treat that doesnt spike glucose because Im diabetic. Problem is, I just found out because of the protein content they are not good for kidney disease, and sooooo with much regret........
