You would need a trolley to take them on as Im not directly on road but 25ft off it on public footpath, I have a ramp so no problem to roll rght in and up to slabs. protein bars (St Ives) Expired from myprotein website, called poprolls in flavours golden caramel, chocolate caramel and salted caramel, at less than 100 calories per bar. I love these and regularly bulk buy them, to use as a treat that doesnt spike glucose because Im diabetic. Problem is, I just found out because of the protein content they are not good for kidney disease, and sooooo with much regret........ if anyone would like them they are up for grabs. air walker or gravity strider (st ives near warners park) Expired Im looking for the old style of air walker, or gravity strider, doesnt have to be pretty, just basic functionality. Due to age I need one with a bar across the front to hang on to, where you put feet on the footplates and move it yourself, not eliptical but swinging them back and forth, Due to health it wont be used for proper exercise but just to try and get legs stronger to prevent falls or trips and of course maintaining if not improving things. Happy to make a donation to charity or this site by way of thanks.

Daewoo Soup maker (st ives near warners park) Expired all working. atainless steel with plug lead, the inner bottom has slight burn mark but this will come off if you soak in a little liquid soap powder or softener, alternatively just give a good scrub with bicarb. I have a habit of burning the bottom, probably cut things too small allowing them under the blade, anyway I got annoyed at it so decided to give it a quick clean and put up for grabs. priority will be given to first person who can collect it asap before I change my mind so please let me know when that would be in repies. Thanks

vacuum smoothie maker (st ives near warners park) Gifted new other. This is a smoothie maker that vacuums out the air before blending, comes with the box because it is virtually new. Also has a spare container with lid, you put smoothie in it then vacuum to keep it fresh for longer, and yes, it is pink.
