Forsythia- probably! (Loughborough LE11)

But of an odd one this post. I got this plant as a rescue just a twig, but nothing happened. I was convinced it was dead. I was going away for Easter didn't have time to do anything. 5 or 6 weeks later it started to grow. It's now very healthy. Unfortunately I can't be 100% sure what it is now. I am fairly certain it's forsythia as the leaves look like mine. Bit of a gamble perhaps. But I only got buddleia and forsythia so am thinking it must be the latter! Lovely flowers in spring. You usually prune after it's flowered but this I'd young and won't need pruning for a while.
