CURB ALERT: crutches (Midtown East / E 40s)

Spotted some metal crutches and some old/cheap furniture on e 50th btw 1st and Beekman
Middle of block on the curb
Looks like they may have cleaned out someone’s apartment and I believe their may be personal effects in the black garbage bags.
