Garmin nuvi 255 satnav/GPS
Working AFAIK (boots up but not tested for navigation)
Has car mount, charger and case
Maps are very old but it's updated to latest firmware available and apparently you should be able to install openalstreetmap maps on a microsd card
Not even close to a modern smart phone but perhaps someone can use it
