Free: Electric heater (Widcombe) Promised 3 quartz bars. Model is ys/414 rated at 1200 w, so 400 W per bar Motorised rotation back and forth. Works well and quiet. We used it under a desk mostly Someone handy could probably replace the other bar but we never needed it.

Free: Acer c720 laptop (spares or repair) (Widcombe) Expired This was perhaps the most reliable computer I ever owned.. but I think it's at the end of its life. Several keys on the keyboard have stopped working. (But everywhere keyboards work) I changed the BIOS to an open source one and have been running Chromeos flex... But the drive has since been wiped. It only has 16 GB of storage and 2 GB of RAM... Screen is fine Unfortunately no power supply as that's been repurposed.. The battery was in quite good condition and had been replaced with an original not long ago. So perhaps someone might find a use for that... Otherwise it's off to recycling This is a project computer for someone who knows what they're doing... Not a working device for an average person.

Free: APC smart UPS 750 (computer battery backup) (Widcombe) Gifted Working but needs new battery. Upgraded to latest firmware. No power cords but yes standard kettle cord for mains and ice cables for devices easily available

Free: Kids karate belts (Widcombe) Expired Perhaps someone can make use of these before they get thrown out. Two white belts, one yellow stripe and one orange stripe. Could do with a wash.. and removing the electrical tape that they seem to have used to mark progress.

Free: Hi8 MP video tape (Bath & North East Somerset) Expired Found in a drawer, maybe someone can use it. I believe it was only ever used twice for an internet video project before YouTube!

Free: Old Garmin satnav (Bath & North East Somerset) Expired Garmin nuvi 255 satnav/GPS Working AFAIK (boots up but not tested for navigation) Has car mount, charger and case Maps are very old but it's updated to latest firmware available and apparently you should be able to install openalstreetmap maps on a microsd card Not even close to a modern smart phone but perhaps someone can use it

Free: Rubble sacks (30?) (Bath & North East Somerset) Expired 30 or so bags from topsoil etc that might make great rubble sacks for someone. Hopefully they can get another use or two before recycling

Free: Expansion vessel .. leaks (Bath & North East Somerset) Expired Anyone interested in an old 24l expansion vessel from an unvented hot water cylinder before it goes to recycling? We had to replace it as the interior bladder failed. They are apparently replaceable but it was quicker to order a whole new unit.

Free: Old dell desktop pc (Bath & North East Somerset) Gifted Inspiron 530 desktop pc , prob nearly 15 years old but has seen little use. CPU upgraded to core2duo e8500 and 4gig of ram and 128gig SSD No monitor but comes with Dell keyboard and mouse plus a usb WiFi dongle if you need it (2.4ghz only) Currently running Ubuntu Linux (cinnamon flavour) well on a fresh install so might be useful for someone just using it for internet, documents etc. It will run Windows 10 fine as well but it's not installed Anyone have a good use for it?

Free: Kettle (Bath & North East Somerset) Gifted Working Russell Hobbs kettle. Model 21271 Just descaled but could do with a bit of a scrub on the outside (it's clean ... But minor limescale on the outside it seems)
