Ready to scrap it by the weekend, so this is last call...
You know those things you stick in your basement because you plan on restoring it “later?”
This is one of those. Used it regularly from 1982 through about 2005ish, when the motor started tripping the circuit breaker when it turned on. Hoping to find someone who wants this classic despite its terrible energy inefficiency. Whether it’s for the satisfying KERCHUNK of opening the latch, or to style match your 50’s car cruise basement bar theme. I really don’t want to trash it. I’d love to see it repaired/refreshed and humming away.
If you know these refrigerators - then you know It’s heavy.
It’s really heavy & will require two experienced-in-moving-heavy-things people to get it up and out the basement, which you’ll need to supply. I can coach, but cannot lift. Bring your own dolly and straps.
