Replacement Furnace Filters (Pittsburgh)
Replacement furnace filter media for (trane, and similar) furnace that used this kind of 5” fan-folding filter media that get’s stretched onto a holder frame that is part of the furnace. These are specific fit filter packs that aren’t just self-contained filters you slide into the furnace. Qty 5 — Perfect Fit(tm) 5” filter models: BAYFTAHEXM2 BAYFTFREXM2 (has a instruction guide identifier of 18-GH24D1-1) Shipped item number from outside carton is FLR07962 2 boxes with 2 each, and one extra. Will drop off on a porch or doorstep anywhere within 10 miles of dahntahn Pittsburgh, farther than that depends on where. These guys are expensive, so want to get them to someone who needs them, and can still use them. We can’t use them in our recently replaced furnace. 1950s Sears Coldspot Refrigerator (Marshall-Shadeland, Pittsburgh)

Ready to scrap it by the weekend, so this is last call... You know those things you stick in your basement because you plan on restoring it “later?” This is one of those. Used it regularly from 1982 through about 2005ish, when the motor started tripping the circuit breaker when it turned on. Hoping to find someone who wants this classic despite its terrible energy inefficiency. Whether it’s for the satisfying KERCHUNK of opening the latch, or to style match your 50’s car cruise basement bar theme. I really don’t want to trash it. I’d love to see it repaired/refreshed and humming away. If you know these refrigerators - then you know It’s heavy. It’s really heavy & will require two experienced-in-moving-heavy-things people to get it up and out the basement, which you’ll need to supply. I can coach, but cannot lift. Bring your own dolly and straps.

I’m divesting myself of the large piles of carefully cleaned out take-out containers. These used to be accepted for recycle, but are no longer, and I am loath to trash that much re-usable plastic containers. I’ve reached my saturation point, time to purge. The ones in plastic bags were carefully cleaned and intended for re-use as lunch packing. The front stack was cleaned for storage but never edited for food-re-use. Can be a porch pick-up anytime, just let me know you’re interested, I’ll share deets, and put them out. Also willing to do an unattended drop off around Pgh Northside, and WestEnd neighborhoods. There was someone collecting #5 plastic to chip and recycle into 3d printing raw material during Early COVID - I was actually saving these for that person, but lost the info.
