Small vinyl cushion with USB corded heater. It was an accessory to an office chair. Measures 7-1/2” x 13” x 2-1/2” thick. The small heater part is glued between two pieces of foam inside, as shown in one photo. You can easily remove the USB corded heater and use just that or use just the cushion.
