Balance bike for a young kid. These are bikes with no pedals, which usually makes for an easier transition than training wheels do (although the best option is always whatever your kid enjoys more!) This one has nominal 12" wheels (actually 11.5") and a standover height of 13.5–17.5".
Happy to do porch pickup but also feel free to come over with your kid and just try it out and see if it's the right height! Can suggest a nearby park, and we're also not far from the Somerville Community Path.
