Floor boards, fencing rails, decking etc (Bilton HG1)

URGENT. Pieces of wood needed for surfacing a flat roof. Any sections of rot will be cut out. Please let me know if you know of any places where such materials are being removed and likely to be wasted. I'm keen to avoid buying new boarding which may have come from rainforests etc..
