Full 10-volume set of 1920s Children's Encyclopaedia (Chorlton M21)

It was my father's: he was born in 1921. It's the Arthur Mee Children's Encyclopaedia. An interesting insight into the way the world was presented to countless children in the early to mid 20th Century. Some dubious stuff of course, entries on racial types and "a whistle a boy can make". When sick in the late 50s, early 60s I would devour it and even made that whistle!
Not valuable but an interesting historical artefact.
Good condition considering they are about 100 years old but one doesn't have its original spine.
