Child's dressing up clothes (North Hillingdon UB10)

This is a very old costume consisting of a skirt, apron, black waistcoat, white blouse, 1 mop cap and 1 bonnet. All the white items are rather dingy and may not be that useful.
I think the outfit could possibly be considered a Dutch costume.
Age may be for 5 years upward.
