Free: Apples (North Hillingdon UB10) These have fallen off the trees, Bramleys and eating apples, all organic. They will be bruised so will need peeling and chopping. Bramleys (cooking apples) can be frozen ready then for apple pies, crumbles etc. Eating apples can be juiced if you have a reasonably powerful juicer. You will need patience to salvage useful fruit from these apples but you can also save yourself some money.by making apple juice and puddings.

Free: Fresh herbs storage jar (North Hillingdon UB10) Expired You put water in the base then stand your herbs in the jar. Good for parsley, coriander, mint etc. Jar is then put in the fridge and herbs keep really fresh. Jar height 25cm and diameter 10cm. Made of plastic type material.

Free: woven plant pot container (North Hillingdon UB10) Expired This is for indoor use as made from a natural material so not weather proof. Approx .size, diameter 30 cm, height 28cm. You would need to stand a container in the bottom to hold water for your plant.

Free: Walnuts (North Hillingdon UB10) Expired Is there anyone who pickles walnuts and would like some to pickle? My walnut tree has a good crop and they are ready to be picked now. You will be able to get them off the tree quite easily.

Free: Bikes (North Hillingdon UB10) Expired These bikes appear to have been dumped on Hillingdon House Farm. They have been there over a week. Maybe somebody has had bikes stolen recently. Alternatively, if you need bikes for your children I suggest you go and take them rather than leaving them to rust away This is how to locate these bikes. Go to the entrance to the field which is in Sweet croft Lane next to the day nursery and scout building. Be aware that Sweetcroft Lane runs both sides of Hercies Rd, N. Hillingdon. Go through gateway and follow the footpath around the curve and you will see the bikes leaning against the hedge on the RHS. Only about 50yds from the gate.

Free: White fur cape (North Hillingdon UB10) Expired This is very old but in good condition. Belonged to an elderly aunt. I reckon it must be 80 years old. I don't know what type of fur this cape is made from. It has a silk lining. Personally I am very much against animal fur being used for clothing so don't want this in my possession.

Free: Dressing up costume (North Hillingdon UB10) Gifted Consists of a skirt, white apron, white blouse, black waistcoat and 2 white bonnets. White items need some tlc. Might be a Dutch girl outfit, probably fit 5 to 8 years.

Free: Child's dressing up clothes (North Hillingdon UB10) Expired This is a very old costume consisting of a skirt, apron, black waistcoat, white blouse, 1 mop cap and 1 bonnet. All the white items are rather dingy and may not be that useful. I think the outfit could possibly be considered a Dutch costume. Age may be for 5 years upward.

Free: Riding helmets, good condition (North Hillingdon UB10) Gifted Black helmet, size 58-59cm. Weight 350-550g. Black helmet, size 52-56 cm. Weight 400g. Blue helmet was bought in Australia, it is a medium size and lightweight, 295 g.

Free: Jodhpurs (North Hillingdon UB10) Gifted Hardly used, label says Large size, so around a size 14. Very good condition.

Free: Dry suit (North Hillingdon UB10) Gifted Very old dry suit that I used for water skiing so roughly a size 14. Can't guarantee whether it is still ok, there is a small 'nick' on one shoulder and the zip is very stiff. However, it may be worth something to someone.
