Small box of quinces (East Carleton NR14)

I have one last box of quince fruit. This is an inedible fruit but once boiled with sugar, strained and bottled makes a super jelly for toast or with cheese and meats. You don’t even have the bother of peeling and coring. Everything goes in the pot. The pips contain the pectin too.
