Sofa bed (SW20)

Well used and shows some signs of its age. A steam clean would help. Worn on arms but no holes - see pics of arm rests. Sofabed works fine and is a small double size. Comfy enough for one night of not too fussy guests. But my post retirement parents who sometimes stay for a few weeks at a time didn't like it. Although a new mattress or new thicker topper pad (there is a thin one with it)would probably have been enough to please them. You would need to be willing to help move it down some stairs to take it away.
