Well used and shows some signs of its age. A steam clean would help. Worn on arms but no holes - see pics of arm rests. Sofabed works fine and is a small double size. Comfy enough for one night of not too fussy guests. But my post retirement parents who sometimes stay for a few weeks at a time didn't like it. Although a new mattress or new thicker topper pad (there is a thin one with it)would probably have been enough to please them. You would need to be willing to help move it down some stairs to take it away. Length 173cm. Depth 90cm
