“Winter Fuel Payment” high-vis vest (Hendon, London NW4)

This is in excellent condition. My son gave it to me. I don’t particularly want to advertise that cause, routinely, for various reasons. But I know someone else might love to. I’ve worn it a couple of time while walking the dog. It really makes the wearer more visible during these dark evenings.
