Dear all,
We have an elderly lady in the community who suffers from chronic stomach issues, and has been advised to consume kefir and kombucha daily, in order to replenish her disturbed gut microbiome.
If anyone has a scoby and/or kefir grains they can gift, please email me on peteranderson1958@gmail.com.
As we are perennially short of volunteer drivers, delivery would be much appreciated.
